  1.1 When you create an Xhorse account, we will store the information you provide, such as: Name, email address, and phone number
  1.2 When you use the Xhorse service to perform operations, we store the information you create;
  1.3 When you use related functions, we process relevant information, such as when you search for a car brand, remote, chip, etc. on the Xhorse APP, or when you generate or copy a remote or chip;
  1.4 Some of the above data may be associated with your Xhorse account, and we will treat such data as personal information.
  1.5 In order to better provide you with products and services, we may collect device information about your use of our products and services during application startup or background runtime( Including Android ID and utdid, device name and model, device identification code, device IP, operating system and application version, resolution, service provider network ID (PLMN), Mac address, SSID, BSSID), browser type, etc.when the application is launched or running in the background, in order to provide you with the best way to showcase our products and services. We will also use your personal information in order to continuously improve and optimize the above features.


2. The function of collecting user personal information when using Xhorse
  2.1 For account registration and login, we will collect your provided phone number, email, verification code, avatar, and nickname for registration, account creation, login, and network identity improvement.
  2.2 Real name authentication and identity verification. We will collect your real name, ID card, phone number, real name authentication information, facial recognition information, business license, and filing information for real name authentication and qualification verification. In some cases, identity verification involves facial recognition.
  2.3 Device connection, we will collect Bluetooth and geographic location information for device communication connection.
  2.4 Feedback and customer service, we will collect contact records, account information, identity verification information, order information, and other necessary information for customer service resolution, for use in customer service, after-sales service, and dispute resolution.
  2.5 Mall, we will collect the contact information, address (shipping address), contact phone number, and order information you provide for mall order transaction information.
  2.6 Search and browse, we will collect information generated during your visit and use, such as browsing, following, bookmarking, and searching, to display and recommend according to the user's search, browsing, and other needs.
  2.7 During use, we will collect your device information, log information, and network information for the purpose of ensuring information security when users use the application.
  2.8 Additional features,camera, album, microphone, clipboard are used for scanning, taking photos, uploading images, as well as uploading and storing images from albums and voice input customer service communication and voice feedback; Access your clipboard permissions locally when sharing or receiving shared information, participating in activities, etc.


3. The function of collecting Image Information (photos and videos) when using Xhorse
      Our application will upload and collect image user information, and the image is used for information feedback, problem description, experience sharing, etc. This information is optional and is uploaded proactively by the customer. Please note that any image information submitted to our platform for feedback sharing may be displayed on other Xhorse product applications. for example:
  3.1 My account:
    1). Personal information: Avatar, business license, filing information; (Involving security issues, we need some of the user's information for the server to do user security authentication and authentication)
    2). My rework: add pictures; (to provide better service support for customers to solve problems)
  3.2 Customer service: chat to select pictures and videos; (provide better service support for customers to solve problems)
  3.3 Feedback and opinions: I want feedback, I want to complain -> add pictures; (to provide better service support for customers to solve problems)
  3.4 Apply for remote control development: upload remote control pictures; (to provide better service support for customers to solve problems)
  3.5 Feedback function in the function module: add pictures; (provide better service support for customers to solve problems, and the reviewed content will be displayed in other xhorse application platforms)

However, we do not share these images with third parties; they are used only for internal purposes, such as improving our services and user experience. By submitting images to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your images.


4. Reasons for processing data
      The reason we process this data is to achieve the objectives stated in our policy, including:
  4.1 Help our services provide more practical and tailored content, such as more relevant search results;
  4.2 Improve our services and develop new ones;
  4.3 Prevent fraud and abuse, thereby improving security;
  4.4 Conduct analysis and measurement to understand the usage of Xhorse services;
  4.5 Merge data;
  4.6 We will also compile data from various Xhorse services and data from your devices to achieve the above objectives.


5. Cancel account
      You have the right to cancel your Xhorse account, which can be accessed through our APP customer service or email‘support@xhorse.com’contact us. After your successful cancellation, unless otherwise specified by laws, regulations, and corresponding national standards, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it. To ensure security, we may need you to provide appropriate methods to prove your identity and the legitimacy of your request. We will respond to your request within 15 days after receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. For your reasonable requests, we do not charge any fees in principle, but for requests that are repeated multiple times or exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee depending on the situation.


6. Preservation of Personal Information
  6.1 Retention period
       We will keep your personal information for the period required to provide the service. Unless there is a mandatory retention requirement by law, such as the Electronic Commerce Law of the People's Republic of China requiring the retention of commodity and service information, as well as transaction information, for a period of not less than three years from the date of completion of the transaction. We determine the storage period of personal information mainly based on the following criteria:

  7.7 Xhorse series products with the same remote,chip (including but not limited to wired remote, wireless remote, smartkey remote, super remote,garage door remote, VVDI super chip, etc.) will run out of usage after being generated more than 50 times and will no longer be able to continue generating.
      
We will share necessary data with third parties through application programming interfaces (API), software tool development kits (SDK), and different versions of third-party SDK may vary. We will conduct strict security checks on third parties and agree on data protection measures.

  8.9 Obtain user Android ID,Utdid,IMEI,MAC address permissions: Convenient device identification, better communication service support with Bluetooth devices.
  8.10 Clipboard permissions: Used to access your clipboard permissions locally in situations such as sharing or receiving shared information, participating in events, etc.
  8.11 Media and Image Permissions: Users are authorized to access our personal information and customer service support functions by actively uploading images, video media files, and other means.
